🚨 Police say about 150 teens were at a Halloween party where alcohol was served

🚨Michael and Rachel Moore are charged with furnishing alcohol to minors

🚨Bucks County prosecutors say 3 teens killed later that night were not at the party.

WARRINGTON, Pa. — Police say there is no connection between a fatal Halloween night crash and a "guest list only" party where police say alcohol was available to dozens of teens.

Michael Moore, 56, and Rachel Moore, 47, hosted a party at their home on Joelle Court in Warrington on Oct. 31 that police say they were called to shortly after 9 p.m. Officers saw an estimated 150 teens, many of whom appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. Things had gotten out of control, according to witnesses.

There was a large bar area inside and many red Solo cups scattered around the home. Jars containing alcohol were seen around the house.

Guests were being checked in by Michael and Rachel Moore with people turned away who were not on the list, according to police. Rachel told police she hired a bouncer for the party who never showed.

They are both charged with selling or furnishing liquor or malt or brewed beverages to minors and corruption of minors.

DA says Neshaminy crash victims were not at the party
