A Halloween party in Warrington led to police involvement after underage drinking was reported hours before a fatal crash that killed 3 teens.

The dog owner told police he was admitted to a rehabilitation center on Dec. 2 and left his German Shepherd named Abby in the care of his roommate, Steven Henry Coakley, 63. He reported Abby as missing on Dec. 26.

Warrington police said a shopper at the Walmart store on Route 611 noticed an infant asleep in an "unauthorized restraint" in the front seat of a car in the parking lot.
