A calm Monday afternoon is shattered by a motorcyclist racing onto school property.

An investigation by the Central Bucks Regional School District concluded there was no evidence of child abuse or violation of district policies but an independent agency found otherwise.

One of the children involved is the son of school board member Jim Pepper who accused the superintendent of a coverup and teachers of treating his son like an "animal."

A man entered the stands of the opposing team at the Revolution Ice Gardens in Warwick and confronted several parents. A woman who attempted to intervene was put in a headlock by the man, witnesses told police.
