Middletown Township (Bucks)

Justin Mohn is being held without bail on a charge of first degree after the head of Michael Mohn, 68, was found in a cooking pot in a bedroom inside his home in the Leavittown section of Middletown station.

Police responded to the home in the Levittown section of Middletown Tuesday night after a woman called about her husband being found dead in the bathroom, according to the Bucks County District Attorney's Office.

The Bucks County District Attorney's Office in December charged Gerald Spoto of Bristol with eight counts of indecent assault for incidents that happened 20 years ago.
