Hulmeville

The Bucks County District Attorney's Office charged Mark Wills of Hulmeville with manufacturing hundreds of videos of child sexual abuse material and sharing them online, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.

After being tipped off by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children Middletown Township police executed a search warrant and seized Robert Derr's devices.
