Franklin Township (Somerset)

A pre-teen girl in Missouri had been chatting and exchanging child sexual abuse material with Don-Diego Parkman, 19, of Hamilton, according to law enforcement.

Kevin Rosero, 27, of the Somerset section of Franklin, was found by a Pennsylvania State Police trooper on June 21, 2021 after having been stabbed 28 times in the face, neck, upper torso, and upper extremities.
