Buckingham police said the single engine RANS S-19 wound up in a vacant lot adjacent to the airport on Old Easton Road in Buckingham late Monday morning.
Buckingham police said a single-engine plane went off the runway, across a grassy island and wound up partially underneath a small parked plane around 12:20 p.m.
Bucks County District Attorney Jennifer M. Schorn said a call was received from a home on Charter Club Drive in the Ridings of Buckingham development around 10:25 a.m.
The project would improve the intersection of York Road (Route 263) and Durham Road (Route 413) and build a new roundabout at the currently unsignaled intersection of Buckingham Road (Route 202) and York Road in Buckingham Township.
Buckingham police said the call in a distorted voice was received by the school nurse's office around 1:30 p.m. demanding a cash ransom to stop a shooting.
