The Buck County Coroner's Office identified the third person to die from the explosion at the Bristol Health and Rehabilitation Center as a lawsuit is filed against PECO and the center's owner claiming negligence.

After the first crash on Tuesday morning Ryan Laskowski, 38, of Bristol Township fled onto Route 95 but returned several times, according to Bristol Township police.
