94.5 PST Bans Taylor Swift — It’s Our Taylor Takedown Weekend — Go Birds!

This weekend, Pennsylvania's own Taylor Swift will be down in New Orleans rooting for the Red.

But PST Nation bleeds green. So all weekend long we're taking down Taylor!

That's right, we're not playing any Taylor Swift songs until after Sunday's game.

In fact, here's our letter to Taylor Swift explanining the decision:

Dear Pennsylvania's Own Taylor Swift,

We've loved you for more "Fortnight(s)" than we can count. We were there with you since before you were even "22." So we're not being "Mean" when we tell you that we have to take a break through Sunday's game cause we actually can't do it "With a Broken Heart" this time.

This isn't easy news, so are you "...Ready For It?"

We gotta say... we kinda "Knew You Were Trouble" when your "Love Story" started with that guy who wears "Red". Do you remember that "Cruel Summer" night back in 2023 when you told South Philly "You Belong With Me" at your concert? We do! And we can't just "Shake It Off." 

So... "Look What You Made (Us) Do?" We had to stop playing your music because it kinda feels like "Everything Has Changed" for the Girl that Grew up in Pennsylvania. Come on...  "Both of Us" know that Eagles green should be more your "Style."

We're not trying to be an "Anti-Hero," but the Birds need US now more than ever. So we're leaving a "Blank Space" this weekend until we reach the "End Game" when our "Wildest Dreams" come true and the Eagles win.  In fact, you probably know "All Too Well" that you brought this on yourself, right?

Don't worry, though! Our relationship isn't that "Delicate". In fact, we are NOT saying that "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" because there's no "Bad Blood." It's just that we're the "Mastermind" and we're hoping that a little "Karma" comes your way for abandoning Pennsylvania. 

On Monday morning when you wake up and wonder "Is It Over Now?" the answer will be yes and you'll be "Stay Stay Stay(ing)" on the airwaves at 94.5 PST.
