Traffic detours and investigation

Munoz was pronounced dead at the scene, while a passenger in the front seat was taken to Jefferson-Torresdale Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

Police say drugs and alcohol do not appear to be factors in the crash.

The crash forced traffic from Route 1 south to be detoured at Rockhill Drive, causing long delays on local roads.
